Head of HR

 

Liudmyla joined Agroprosperis in 2011 as Personnel Development Manager for Latagro, one of the Group production holdings. In 2012 Liudmyla moved to Head of HR position at another Group holding, Charivny Svitanok (Agro) (currently part of Ray Agro), where she developed a comprehensive system for staff records management, recruiting and training.

 

Since 2017, Liudmyla has been responsible for ensuring that the Group’s companies are staffed with talented and effective professionals capable of delivering on the business’s strategic and financial goals.

 

Liudmyla leads the development and implementation of results-driven HR strategies, policies, and practices enhancing productivity, employee engagement, and leadership development.

 

Liudmyla actively shapes, sustains, and strengthens the corporate culture, ensuring it is understood, embraced, and cultivated at all levels of the organization.
