Agroprosperis Group launches its own IT products

In over 11 years, Agroprosperis IT department has developed a proprietary ERP system and more than 10 software products to automate the Group’s business processes.

 

As Pavlo Mandrenko, IT Director at Agroprosperis, told Forbes Ukraine, IT companies generally lack expertise in the agricultural sector. For this reason, the decision was made to build a custom system and its supporting services in-house.

 

Today, the IT department’s portfolio includes more than 10 products under the AP Digital Solutions brand. The team continues to move forward. The R&D unit, established in early 2025, is currently enhancing AI tools for document workflow automation. At present, 44% of documents are uploaded to the system automatically, without human involvement. The goal is to bring this figure close to 100%.

The company’s IT specialists are also developing an AI assistant that will enable agronomists in the field to generate documents using voice commands.

 

More IT products from Agroprosperis will be presented on a dedicated website scheduled for launch in early 2026.

Clients will be able to purchase a subscription-based service package, which will include the accounting system, applications, and 2–3 AI assistants.
