Agroprosperis Bank increased its charter capital to UAH 210 million

On July 7, 2017 the National Bank of Ukraine approved new edition of the Charter of PJSC “AP BANK”, associated with an increase in the charter capital up to UAH 210 million. State registration of charges to registration documents was carried out on July 11, 2017.

The procedure was performed within the timeframe set by the NBU and from that moment the amount of the charter capital of PJSC AP BANK exceeds the regulatory standard.

"The increase in the charter capital shows that the Bank has long-term plans in Ukraine. The funds raised will be used to support liquidity and for lending to agricultural producers," said Serhii Shchepanskyi, the Head of AP Bank Management Board.
