Agroprosperis is steadily increasing its export volumes

According to the results of 2016, Agroprosperis Group of companies exported more than 2.5 million tons of crops, which is 1 million tons more than last year.

In the Agroprosperis structure of export in 2016, 1.3 million tons of grain and oilseeds were produced by the AP Group companies, while 1.2 million tons were purchased from Ukrainian small and medium-sized agricultural producers within the Agroprosperis service platform, which provides a full range of products and services for efficient agricultural production.

According to the results of 2016, 80% of crops were exported by Agroprosperis to the countries of Asia, Europe, and Africa. The largest share in Agroprosperis export, 30%, belongs to India. EU countries became the second largest consumer of grain and oilseeds produced by the AP Group companies and partners, with 23% of the total export of the Group. Wheat is in the highest demand in the international markets; its share in the Group's export is more than 50%.

The uninterrupted logistics of more than 2 million tons is carried out through 12 powerful grain silos, managed by the Group. Special attention is paid to the development of river and railway logistics. Today, the Group operates its 2 own barges with a total capacity of 10,000 tons of crops and 200 modern railway cars with a total capacity of 14,000 tons, manufactured at the Kriukiv Railway Car Building Plant by our order. We see the stable interest of international markets in Ukrainian agricultural products and continue to actively develop direct cooperation with customers, who work in the countries of the Middle East, Europe, and Asia," said Ihor Osmachko, CEO of Agroprosperis Group of Companies.
